Today's search focus: TRAINING MANAGER for a prominent super luxury hotel group in India. Position based in MUMBAI.

This position open to INDIAN nationals who are currently working with prominent luxury Indian & International hotel groups in India/ overseas in the capacity of Training Manager.

Key Specifications

• Candidate must be a degree holder in hotel management studies with PG being an added advantage.
• Candidate must possess a minimum 10+ years of experience in total with 5+ alone in Training function.
• Candidate must have worked with an upscale luxury hotel brand from the industry.
• Candidate must be aware of current industry practices & should have a creative outlook towards learning & development.
• Ideal age would be between 35 – 40 years.  Candidates having Mumbai domicile are preferred.
