Executive Pastry Chef Opportunities- NEW DELHI & MUMBAI-Super Luxury Hotel Groups

Culinary position in prime focus: EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF for 2 prominent super luxury hotel groups in India. Positions based in a major metro cities- NEW DELHI & MUMBAI.
The Executive Pastry Chef will lead and manage the pastry & bakery operations of the hotel directing multiple operations, patisserie and extended pastry operations. The Executive Pastry Chef will lead a team of dedicated pastry and bakery chefs setting bench-marking standards within the region.
The ideal candidate should have a very strong working background with experience gained in Indian/International hotels/resorts within India/ overseas. You should have a minimum of 10-15 years of pastry experience in total and you should have been an Executive Pastry Chef/ Pastry Chef for a minimum of 2-3 years . You should be a strong leader with a passion and flair for running a busy operation and developing your team to the highest standard.

  • 5 Star Indian/ International Hotel or Resort background or luxury cruise line experience.
