DOSM (Excom) Opportunity- Lateral move position only- Mumbai/ Pune

Today's search focus: DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING ( EXCOM) for a prominent luxury international hotel group in WEST INDIA ( Mumbai/ Pune)

This position is a LATERAL MOVE position only and is open to Indian nationals only who are currently designated as DOSM working with prominent luxury Indian & International hotel groups for 1-2 years’ minimum.

Key specifications:

Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or other similar major.

Current DOSM experience in a luxury hotel / resort / retreat required; minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as DOSM

Thorough knowledge of all aspects of sales negotiation, budgeting, marketing plan development and revenue management.

Experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans including knowledge of web-based marketing (SEO, social media, etc.)
