Director of Operations Opportunity- India- Confidential-Prominent Internationally Accredited Hospitality/ Hotel Management School/Institute

Today’s search focus-  DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS available with a prominent internationally accredited hospitality/ hotel management school/institute in INDIA. Position is based in a major metro city.
The incumbent will encourage an engaged senior management team and support the vision of operational and educational excellence. The incumbent will collaborate with the operations team and the academic team to ensure correct implementation of curriculum requirements in daily activities and demonstrations and advance cohesion in the operational and academic functions of the institute.
The Director of Operations will analyze data and metrics to evaluate staff performance, lead and encourage employees to maximize performance, and ensure a strong talent pipeline.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will ensure quality of operations, customer service, culinary performance and upholding of curriculum requirements. The incumbent will also strive to inspire staff to give their all and expand the company's footprint and strengthen their reputation.

This position is open to Indian nationals only who are currently designated as EAM -F&B/DOFB working with prominent luxury Indian & International hotel groups. 
Qualifications 
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from reputed College/university
PG/Masters in HM or Related field will be an added advantage
Experience 
Minimum 12 - 15 years of working experience in up-scale/upper up-scale Hotel brand or related F & B industry
(At least 4 years as Director Food & Beverage; OR; At least 2 years as EAM – F&B)
