Today's search focus: DIRECTOR/ HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES for a prominent super luxury hotel group for the FLAGSHIP HOTEL.
The role entails developing and maintaining the human resource department of the unit, to perform the entire gamut of human resource, roll out interventions & initiatives proposed by corporate. Maintain industrial harmony and maximize customer satisfaction & organizational profitability.
