Director of Rooms Opportunity- Major Metro City- India

Today's search focus- Director of Rooms (DOR) for a prominent luxury hotel group in India in a major metro city.  The position is a logical pathway for eventual Resident Manager role in the company.

This position is open to Indian nationals only who are currently designated as RDM/ DOR/ FOM (from Front Office background ) working with prominent luxury Indian & International hotel groups in India or overseas.  The incumbent should carry a minimum of 12+ years of experience in Front Office operations and should be managing busy, high volume business hotel operations of at least 350 keys plus.
