Expat Italian Chef de Cuisine Oportunities- India- New Delhi & Mumbai

Culinary position in focus: 2 positions of Expatriate Italian Chef de Cuisine with a 2 prominent super luxury hotel groups in India ( New Delhi & Mumbai). Both positions open to Italian nationals only. Single status preferred for both positions. If interested, please email me at neha@redkite.co.in

1. Italian Chef de Cuisine- New Delhi - Speciality Signature Restaurant- Max age limit to apply- 35 years as on date
2. Italian Chef de Cuisine- Mumbai- All Day Dining Restaurant ( the chef will be managing the Italian section in the restaurant)- require hands on chef- Max age limit to apply- 45 years as on date

In return for your skills and experience, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and full expatriate package. For the position in New Delhi

• The incumbent should have current/ previous work experience in a Michelin star restaurants or any of the San Pellegrino top restaurants.
• The incumbent should be working with a prominent luxury Five Star hotel or a premium standalone Italian restaurant as an Italian Chef/ Italian Sous Chef/ Italian Junior Sous Chef.
• Should be number 2/3 in the restaurant .
• Should have worked in Asia and not in India before- the hotel would like to have a fresh face and bring in authenticity of cuisine
• Single candidate is preferred .This position is available on  both SINGLE/ FAMILY status however single status is preferred.
• Work Experience of 8-10 years
• Should be below 35 years.

For Mumbai position

• The Italian Chef would be managing the Italian section of the all-day dining restaurant. The incumbent should be below 45 years.
• This position is open to ITALIAN NATIONALS working in stand-alone Italian cuisine restaurants or Italian specialty or All day dining restaurants in luxury Five Star hotels as Italian Chef/ Italian Sous Chef/ Italian Junior Sous Chef.
• This position is on SINGLE status.
