Group CEO/Director/ Head-Hospitality Opportunity- INDIA

Today’s search focus: Group CEO/Director/ Head-Hospitality for a prominent super luxury, diversified hospitality, F&B and real estate group in India heading the F&B and Hospitality Business for the group.

Role- A strategist, who leads the operations and P&L of the hospitality division of the group. The person is responsible for operational results of the Company by ensuring guest satisfaction, brand standards adherence and achieving profitability. Responsible for assessment, review and operating results of the overall F&B and hotel operations. The incumbent should be from a  Hotel Management background with Food & Beverage as a core specialization with 18-20 years+ of experience in managing  a large super luxury hotel (as General Manager) with significant F&B operations ( a minimum of 100 crores as F&B turnover) .EAM F&B/ Director F&B working with hotels doing F&B turnover of 120-150+ crores per annum can also apply as well as GM’s of internationally acclaimed restaurants chains. International experience is a definite plus and exposure of managing a chain of restaurants at some stage in the career is an advantage.

The incumbent shall be responsible for the P&L of all F&B outlets across brands, business development and be a owners representative for operational luxury hotels responsible for budgeting, review and strategic guidance to the hotels to achieve the bottom-line.
