Culinary position in prime focus: EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF for
a prominent super luxury hotel group in India. Position based in a major metro
city.
The Executive Pastry Chef will lead and manage the pastry & bakery operations of the hotel directing multiple operations, patisserie and extended pastry operations in other units. The Executive Pastry Chef will lead a team of 35 + dedicated pastry and bakery chefs setting bench-marking standards within the region.
The ideal candidate should have a very strong working background with experience gained in Indian/International hotels/resorts within India/ overseas. You should have a minimum of 10-15 years of pastry experience in total and you should have been an Executive Pastry Chef for a minimum of 2-3 years . You should be a strong leader with a passion and flair for running a busy operation and developing your team to the highest standard.
