Restaurant concept- Italian Inspired bar. It is going to be a bright bustling space with a beautiful al-fresco area in the heart of BKC, which is the Financial hub of Mumbai. The focus is on lots of inventive Italian small plates, fresh handmade pasta and Napoli pizza as well as lots of varieties of Wines by the glass. The intention is to create a space that makes both wine and Italian inspired food accessible to everyone in Mumbai. 

The incumbent should have experience in making great Italian Cicchetti (Inventive Italian small plates) and fresh handmade pasta who will contribute to the restaurant and head the kitchen, curating the food that is served to the guests. The incumbent should have a fun lively approach towards food and experiences, happy to interact with guest and media (being the face of the restaurant) and be excited to work in India with lots of fresh local produce and also invent new dishes frequently that have the bold flavours of Italy.

Key Specifications

• This position is open to ITALIAN NATIONALS working in premium stand-alone Italian cuisine restaurants or Italian specialty or All day dining restaurants in luxury Five Star hotels as Italian Chef/ Italian Sous Chef/ Italian Junior Sous Chef
• This position is on SINGLE status.
• Ideally below 45 years
