Restaurant GM Openings * 4 positions- Luxury Restaurants -MUMBAI, INDIA

Today’s culinary search focus- RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER/S ( 4 positions/ 4 concepts) for a prominent hospitality/ restaurant group in India managing multiple high end restaurant brands. Positions based in MUMBAI.

Key Specifications:: Look after every function of the unit. Legal, Housekeeping, HR & Operations, Vendor management, FOH & BOH, Security, Valet, Marketing, Sales, Purchases, Stores (receiving goods), Maintenance, Inventory, Guest relations. Handles escalations of all kinds; any other tasks as assigned.

This position is open to Indian Nationals who are currently working as Assistant F&B Manager/ Assistant Director of F&B in mid-scale/ upper upscale & luxury hotels. Current Restaurant GM’s working with signature restaurant brands in India or restaurants chains can also apply.
