Today’s Culinary Focus: Looking for an Expat Executive Sous Chef for a prominent super luxury, international hotel group in Maldives.
The Executive Sous Chef will manage the kitchen operations directing multiple outlets and room service and will work with a team of dedicated chefs from a variety of backgrounds and cultures and setting bench marking standards within the region.
The incumbent must have excellent cross-cultural communication skills and must be conversant in English and knowledge of an European foreign language is a definite plus.
The ideal candidate should have a very strong working background with experience gained in International resorts or hotels around the world. You should have a minimum of 1-2 years of Kitchen management experience as an Executive Sous Chef or 2-3 years as a Chef de Cuisine and you should be a strong leader with a passion and flair for running a busy kitchen and developing your team to the highest standard.
