VP/ GM Hospitality (Owner's Rep) Opportunity- Confidential

Today's search focus: VICE PRESIDENT/GENERAL MANAGER- HOSPITALITY for a prominent hospitality group heading the entire business development portfolio of operational (conversion) and upcoming projects via a new brand launch in the Indian market.

The role would entail soliciting greenfield, brownfield and conversion Hotel projects and getting hotel projects under management contract or franchise. The incumbent would be the Owner’s Representative and work with the brand to put the business plan in place and strategize for aggressive growth in India.

The incumbent will work closely with the owner's representing the hotel operation group to oversee both the pre-opening and the operation stage. Communicating effectively in between to make sure the mutual objectives from the financial perspectives are met from short; middle and long-term.

This position is open to Indian nationals based in India or overseas with 15-20 years of experience as Hotel General Manager/s heading the operations of high end luxury hotels with requisite pre-opening expertise or senior management functionaries working with the ownership in the luxury hospitality sector. Position is based in a key metro city in India.
