Today's search focus: ASSISTANT F&B MANAGER/DIRECTOR ( Number 2 role) for a prominent super luxury hotel group in NEW DELHI/ DELHI NCR.
This position is a LATERAL MOVE position open to INDIAN nationals only who are currently working with prominent Indian & International luxury hotel groups in India/ overseas in the capacity of Assistant F&B Manager/ second in command to the Food & Beverage Head in a large F&B driven hotels.

Key specifications:
·        Understanding of operations of different outlets - restaurants, bars, banquets.
·        Preferably should have prior experience in handling the beverage portfolio
·        Should have an in depth understanding of financials of the department
