AGM/ SENIOR MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - MALL LEASING & HOTEL OPENINGS Opportunity- New Delhi

Today's search focus: AGM/ SENIOR MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - MALL LEASING & HOTEL OPENINGS for a prominent hospitality & retail group reporting to GM – Sales & Marketing. Position is based in New Delhi.

• Candidate preference –Current/ Past work experience in companies like JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank in the Hospitality division.
• Work Experience desired- 10-15 years

Key Deliverables

• Responsible for all leasing functions of commercial leasing operations which include the current Mall operations in North India. This shall include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions, MOU's and agreements with the help of company’s Legal department.
• Prepare Feasibility, Management Papers to be taken for Management or Franchise for the proposed Hotel projects across all brands – Retail/ commercial / Hotels
• Maintain ties with existing accounts and develop and follow-up with potential accounts.
• Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of assigned properties on vacancies, major tenants, small tenancy and lease expiration.
• Aggressive penetration into the Indian market to expand new hotel brands by soliciting greenfield and brownfield projects 
• Plan Marketing & PR activities and assist in creating brand awareness
• Address events and meetings within designated segments
• Engage in marketing campaigns and on-campus events
