Today's search focus: 2 new confidential opportunities in Catering/ Event Sales as below available with prominent super luxury international hotel group/s in India for their flagship hotel/s . Both positions based in key metro cities in INDIA

1. ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF CATERING/ EVENT SALES ( HOD/ number 1 role)
2. ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF CATERING/ EVENT SALES ( number 2 role)

These positions are open to Indian nationals who are currently designated as Assistant Director of Events Sales/ Catering Sales or Senior Events/ Catering Sales Manager with minimum 6 years of Managerial Experience in Events or Catering Sales and are working with prominent luxury Indian & International hotel groups.

The incumbent will assist in providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales through the activities of the Catering Sales Department and other employees.
Key Specifications:

•  Good understanding of Catering Sales Operations.
• Primarily a reactive position. However, expectation becomes proactive during lean patch or any social | corporate query coming directly to the hotel.
• Team player
