in focus: Expatriate Japanese Chef for a prominent super luxury hotel
group in India for one of their key flagship hotel. Position based in a
major metro city.
This position open to Filipino /Japanese and other South East Asian nationals at large working with in Five Star Luxury hotels or resorts worldwide or well-known stand-alone Japanese restaurant/s.

Key Specifications
· The incumbent should be currently working in a luxury hotel or well-known stand-alone Japanese restaurant/s.
· The incumbent should be interested in relocating to India for at least two years.
· The incumbent should preferably be in the age group of 35 years to 45 years of age.
· He/ she should be conversant in English and would possess skills in various cuisines like Sushi, Sashimi, Cold Plates, Teppanyaki, Teriyaki, Yakitori and Traditional Japanese dishes.
· The style should be adaptable to contemporary as well as traditional Japanese cuisines.
· The incumbent should be a good trainer.
