Today's search focus: Director of Operations/ Operations Manager ( second in command to GM) for a prominent super luxury hotel group in India.

Position based in a major metro city.

This position is open to INDIAN nationals who are currently working with prominent Indian & International hotel groups in India/ overseas who are from a Front Office/ Rooms Division background. There is a clear preference of a FEMALE incumbent for the said position.

• Front Office background (Lady Candidates with 2+ years of work experience as a FOM will be suitable or a current Rooms Division Manager
• Hotel background only
• Incumbent should be working with luxury/ upper upscale hotel/s
• Role – Rooms Division will report into the position
• Position open to Female incumbents only
