Today's search focus: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (HOD) for a prominent luxury hotel group in INDIA for one of their key hotels in KERALA.
This position is open to Indian nationals who are currently designated as Human Resources Manager with relevant work experience working with prominent luxury Indian & International hotel groups in key luxury/upper upscale hotels.
Handling of complex IR situations is essential. The incumbent should have about 2-4 years’ experience in heading unit HR. It is essential to know the local language (MALAYALAM) . Work experience in Kerala is not a must.
