Expatriate Culinary position in focus: Expat Italian Chef de Cuisine available with a prominent international luxury hotel group in India managing their speciality/ signature Italian restaurant in one of their flagship hotels. Position based in a key metro city in INDIA.

The chef will manage the Italian kitchen as an independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and the group's International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

  Key Specifications

•  This position is open to ITALIAN NATIONALS working in premium stand-alone Italian cuisine restaurants or Italian specialty or All day dining restaurants in luxury Five Star hotels as Italian Chef/ Italian Sous Chef/ Italian Junior Sous Chef
• This position is on SINGLE status only.
• Ideally below 50 years
• Other benefits as applicable for an expatriate like fully furnished company provided accommodation, return tickets to home country, medical insurance etc. 
• Visa Charges & relocation assistance will be provided by the employer.
• Association with Michelin star Chef or a restaurant is preferable
• Knowledge of other International Cuisine will be an added advantage
• People Management skills in handling diverse profile of Indian Guests apart from Expatriates.
