Today's search focus:  SOUS CHEF- CONTINENTAL CUISINE (specialized in Western Grill, BBQ) opportunity for a prominent super luxury hotel group in India. Position is based in a major metro city in INDIA.

This position is open to INDIAN nationals only and is a lateral move role open to incumbents who are currently working with prominent Indian & International hotel groups in India/ overseas in the capacity of Sous Chef.

Key Specifications

• Education- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or an equivalent degree
• Experience- Minimum 02 years’ experience at the same level.
• Additional experience and knowledge of Italian & Mediterranean cuisine will be an added advantage
