Today's search focus:  SOUS CHEF- CHINESE CUISINE (specialized in Sichuan) opportunity for a prominent super luxury hotel group in India for their flagship hotel. Position is based in a major metro city in INDIA.

This position is open to INDIAN nationals only and is open to incumbents who are currently working with prominent Indian & International hotel groups in India/ overseas in the capacity of Sous Chef.

Key Specification

• Education- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or an equivalent degree
