VICE PRESIDENT/GENERAL MANAGER/ HEAD- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (HOSPITALITY) Opportunity- INDIA

Today's search focus: VICE PRESIDENT/GENERAL MANAGER/HEAD- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (HOSPITALITY) for a prominent hospitality/real estate group heading the entire business development portfolio of upcoming hotel projects ( Greenfield/ Brownfield) & conversion hotels via a new hospitality brand launch in the Indian sub continent.

The role would entail soliciting greenfield, brownfield and conversion Hotel projects and getting hotel projects under management contract or franchise. The incumbent would be the Owner’s Representative and work with the brand to put the business plan in place and strategize for aggressive growth in India. The brand canvas would cover luxury, upper upscale, upscale, mid scale and budget segment.

The incumbent will work closely with the owner's representing the hotel operation group to oversee the pre-opening stage. Communicating effectively in between to make sure the mutual objectives from the financial perspectives are met from short; middle and long-term.
This position is open to Indian nationals based in India or overseas with 15-20 years of experience in heading the business development operations of high end luxury hotels/ malls/real estate with requisite pre-opening expertise or senior management functionaries working with the ownership in the hospitality sector. Position is based in a key metro city in India.
