CULINARY/EXECUTIVE CHEF available with a prominent internationally
accredited hospitality/ hotel management school/institute in INDIA.
Position is based in a major metro city.
The incumbent will manage the Chef Facilitator’s, kitchen staff and ensure excellence in curriculum implementation into the culinary functions of the institute.
This position is open to Indian nationals only who are currently designated as Executive Chef/ Executive Sous Chef working with prominent luxury Indian & International hotel groups.
Corporate Chefs working with signature restaurant brands in India or major restaurants chains can also apply.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management/Culinary arts from reputed College/university
PG/Masters in HM / Culinary Management / or Related field will be an added advantage
Experience
Minimum 12 - 15 years of working experience in up-scale/upper up-scale Hotel brand or related F & B industry
(At least 3 years as Executive Sous Chef; OR; At least 2 years as Executive Chef)
