Position is based in a key metro city This position open to all South East Asian nationals at large working with in Five Star Luxury hotels or resorts worldwide or well-known stand-alone Pan Asian restaurant/s.

Key Specifications:
·        Candidate must be an experienced Pan Asian chef with hands on experience in Chinese, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Indonesian and Korean cuisines.
·        Good skills in operations, menu making, manpower workflow and training of the team.
·        Should have worked in reputed hotel brands with 10-12 years of experience in the said cuisine.
·        Preference for someone who has worked in India and has awareness of the market and clientele.
