Today's search focus: GENERAL MANAGER for a prominent super luxury hotel group in MEA Region ( International Assignment).

This position is open for all Expats and Indian nationals to apply who are currently working as GM with prominent luxury Indian & International hotel groups.

Key Specifications:

• Minimum 5 years General Manager experience in full-service luxury/ upper upscale resort property operations or business hotel (minimum 270 keys).
• MICE & international leisure markets exposure is a definite plus.
• Minimum 8 years’ work experience in hospitality management operations and with demonstrated knowledge in sales, marketing, revenue management and finance.
• Preferably worked in a foreign Country, outside of the home Country.
• Demonstrated pattern of exceptional performance.
• Strong & demonstrated strategic thinking skills that would support the growth and profitability of the hotel.
• Demonstrates excellent work ethics
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights.
• Exhibits excellent skills in people management.
• Out-going & dynamic team player.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Symphony, Opera, Materials control.
• Hospitality management Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
