Today's search focus: EAM/ DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS (HOTEL MANAGER/RESIDENT MANAGER level) for a prominent super luxury hotel group in MEA Region (International Assignment).

This position is open for all Expats and Indian nationals to apply who are currently working as second in command as EAM/ DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, HOTEL MANAGER or RESIDENT MANAGER with prominent luxury Indian & International hotel groups. Incumbents working as Director of Food & Beverage or Director of Rooms can also apply.

Key Specifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years Director of Operations /EAM/ Hotel or Resident Manager experience in full-service luxury/ upper upscale resort property operations or business hotel (minimum 270 keys). Incumbents with 4-5 years’ experience as Director of Food & Beverage and Director of Rooms can also apply.
• MICE & international leisure markets exposure is a definite plus.
• Minimum 8 years’ work experience in hospitality management operations and with demonstrated knowledge in sales, marketing, revenue management and finance.
• Preferably worked in a foreign Country, outside of the home Country.
• Demonstrated pattern of exceptional performance.
• Strong & demonstrated strategic thinking skills that would support the growth and profitability of the hotel.
• Demonstrates excellent work ethics
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights.
• Exhibits excellent skills in people management.
• Out-going & dynamic team player.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Symphony, Opera, Materials control.
• Hospitality management Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
