CHINESE CHEF DE CUISINE ( Indian nationals only) opportunities for
prominent super luxury hotel groups in India for their key flagship
hotels managing their signature and iconic specialty Chinese & Pan Asian Restaurants.
All positions are based in major metro cities in INDIA.
These position are exclusively open to INDIAN nationals only who are currently working with prominent Indian & International hotel groups in India/ overseas or signature Chinese/ Asian restaurants in the capacity of Senior Sous Chef/ Sous Chef/ Junior Sous Chef/ Head Chef handling Chinese/ Pan Asian Cuisine.
Key Specifications
· Incumbent must be an experienced Chinese chef with hands on experience in Chinese cuisine and great skill set for Wok cooking and dim sums.
· Good skills in operations, menu making, manpower workflow and training of the team.
· Good communication skills and should be able to interact with guests.
· Should have worked in reputed hotel brands with 10-12 years of experience in the cuisine.
