Expat Culinary position in focus: Expatriate Bakery Chef for a prominent super luxury hotel group in INDIA to head their upcoming pastry shop in a key metro city.

Key traits / qualifications required-

The candidate should ideally be a European National.

He / she should have prior experience in well-known bakeries and Boulangeries of at least 7 years.

Knowledge of various classical and new world breads, of world class level is a pre requisite. (including but not limited to sour dough, laminated breads; baguettes; brioches etc.)

Knowledge of other pastry areas likes cakes, Pastries, chocolates etc. would be a distinct advantage.

Ability of speak in English is a must.

As a personality he / she should be able to adapt to new cultures and be a good trainer.

This will be a single status contract with all expat benefits as per company policy.
