RED KITE EXECUTIVE SEARCH FOCUS - VICE PRESIDENT/HEAD F&B LEASING, LUXURY MALLS (PAN INDIA) with prominent super luxury diversified mall, hospitality & real estate groups in India

Positions based in Key/ Major Metro Cities and open to candidates with a history of fast track growth with relevant experience of working in luxury Hotels with substantial F&B contribution to top line, IPCs, Hospitality or Signature Restaurant companies.

External Interface

• Restaurant Operators / Owners

• International Brand Operators

• Architects / vendors / PMC's

• Consultants

• Govt authorities as applicable

Minimum Qualification

Graduate / Hotel Management graduate, preferably with a MBA in Finance / Marketing.

Minimum Experience

• 12-15 year of experience in Sales, Leasing of which at least 5-6 years in F&B leasing.

• Good understanding of various F&B brands viz local, national & international brands

• Exposure in architectural design development, opening of restaurants, conceptualizing of new F&B ideas for sustainable growth and expansion
