QUALIFICATION:

·       Postgraduate diploma/degree in marketing

·       Any added courses in luxury marketing would be of additional value

 

EXPERIENCE:

·       Total relevant experience of 12-15 years in Luxury Marketing

·       International experience in luxury marketing is a definite plus.

 

This role is looking for an experienced marketing professionals who

• Understand the “world of luxury” – key markers, verbiage and effective marketing strategies across domestic and international markets

• Have a thorough understanding of the luxury segment – products and services across various industries and sectors (Real estate, automobiles, hotels and hospitality, accessories)

• Development and execution of overall brand strategy for residential business’ luxury portfolio products including various individual project brands

• Strategize, develop, and execute pre-marketing, launch and sustenance marketing initiatives to enhance brand salience, demand and sales velocity across all new and existing products/projects

• Staying abreast of top trends, industry best practices and evolving customer expectations through industry study, research and close tracking of marketing actions across the industry

• Responsible for execution of all customer and trade marketing plans in support of the sales strategy to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business plans
