Position requirements

-          The successful CDC will have a true creative passion for modern, vibrating Japanese / Asian cuisine.

-          The role is responsible for all menu development, HACCP & food hygiene, chef development, training, food costing & guest relations.

-          Works closely with the Executive Sous Chef & Director of Food & Beverage, the role constantly strives for perfection in all aspects of food preparation & presentation in contemporary and modern Japanese cuisines.

-          5-8yrs career history in modern Japanese restaurants in major world cities with the focus on quality in all aspects.

-          Nationality doesn’t matter but a right personality that can drive a team of skilled brigade and has a keen eye on innovation; fusion and willing to stretch creativity in the kitchen
