Head of City Operations - Bangalore, Mumbai & Delhi NCR (3 positions) for a premium international pre-opening brand of co-working office spaces in India region. 

The Operations Head of the City will play a key role in defining how one of the world’s most important regions is organized for optimal execution in running the day-to-day operations of the City’s buildings under the brand banner with an eye towards delivering on a fantastic member experience.

Goals & Objectives:

• Work closely with the GM to optimize the operational efficiency and P&L for the Centres
• Strategically lead multiple operational departments including Security, Hospitality Services and Facilities within the City.
• Drive the success of all operational support for Community Management teams
• Directly manage the Out-Sourced Facilities team in the city.
• Implement and measure clear KPIs for each sub-department of facilities.
• Structure effective training program that enables team members to on-board quickly and successfully
• Accountable for department budgets 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, property management or other relative field
• Strong understanding of building mechanical systems
• Experience opening new business units, including restaurants, hotels, commercial properties, etc.
• Deep understanding of building financials in order to continually optimize vendor and team performance
• Experience managing teams located in multiple markets and countries
• A true leader. One who can inspire others to take action and be their best
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience presenting to executive level stakeholders to receive the necessary resources for success
• Knowledge in IT infrastructure a plus
• Multiple languages a plus
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
