Qualification & Experience : An MBA graduate with 12-15
years of extensive track record and achievement with an exceptional level of
understanding in marketing. The incumbent should have proven track record of
working on luxury brands / luxury hotels/ bridge to luxury brands.

Position Profile / Job Description
Key Characteristics
- Strategize in terms of marketing plans and objectives; address the TG and the markets; develop common plans / events to be implemented.
- Formulate an overall marketing strategy in order to increase the trading density and maximize revenues with a special focus on luxury brands and consumption.
- Defining brand vision for the luxury malls. Creating a brand imagery and communication guideline including creatives, logo, brand positioning etc..
- Formulate the marketing calendar, few strategic marketing program for the year in terms of the marketing initiatives, branding and promotional activities. Special focus to ensure the luxury quotient of the centre/s.
- Formulate and curate special luxury events along with retailers/third party to give experience to consumers and help increase luxury consumption
- Create unique properties like Art program, large scale music events, top artist international performance and ensure they are effectively implemented
- Revenue maximization efforts through client sponsored Events, Internal Events and other revenue generating initiatives.
- Responsible for developing the annual budget, advertising plan, public relations plan and ensure a cost effective media buying; drive and approve the creatives; ensure all plans are implemented effectively through quality checks.
- Develop marketing strategy for digital medium, social media usage etc..
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining the favorable image of the brand by ensuring adequate media coverage at regular intervals covering, CSR initiatives, major launches of brands etc.
- Formulate the policies and procedures for customer relationship management and supervise all the initiatives undertaken to develop customer relationships and build customer loyalty/retention plans.
- Develop loyalty rewards, gratification program, membership program, Gift Cards and ensure implementation at the centre/s.
- Customer and retailers satisfaction surveys (CSI/RSI) on a regular basis to ensure timely/effective inputs for the overall review of the performance of the Centre/ Mall.
- Develop and monitor budgets to ensure revenue and expenses are kept within established boundaries.
- As part of the annual planning exercise, analyze previous years' performance, growth expectations/ projections (revenue and profits) for the budgeting year, and identify new revenue streams/ available, new marketing initiatives that could be launched.
- Evaluation, performance of agencies ie. Ad agencies, Creative agencies, PR agencies, digital agencies etc., so as to effectively maximize the cost of such vendor hire.
- Set parameters to measure the success of all events and other marketing initiatives and evaluate the same periodically.
