Job Purpose
  • This position is responsible for the creation of all marketing and communication content for the hotel brand including social media, print, sales brochure, digital campaign banners, website landing pages, email, push notifications, SMS, brochures, print etc .

Primary Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications Support
  • Work collaboratively with Brand & Digital Marketing team to execute content marketing strategy.
  • Ensure that online web content contains sufficient keywords for search engine optimization and is in sync with offline.
  • Writing copy for various offline and online platforms including social media, print, sales brochure, digital campaign banners, website landing pages, email, push notifications, SMS, brochures, print etc .
  • Partners with other team members to develop ideas that are on- brief and on- strategy and ensure flawless execution of work
  • Monitor and change advertising campaign copies to change the effectiveness.
  • Ensure all-around copy consistency (brand copy, style, fonts, images, and tone of voice) as per the Brand guidelines.
Profile
Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Professional Writing, Technical Writing, or similar field is essential
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in English language, editing skills, basic design capabilities.
  • Demonstrable experience creating content for online/offline medium, social media and understanding of what works on the internet.
  • An understanding of keywords and Meta tags - Ability to write web page titles, Meta tag descriptions, alt tags for images etc.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
