Key Specifications:
The brief criteria is as below:
· Candidate should be currently working in a similar luxury hotel or well-known stand-alone restaurant with 4-5 years of work experience.
· The candidate should be interested in relocating to India for at least two years.
· The candidate should be in the age group of 30 - 38 years of age.
· The candidate should be conversant in English and would possess skills in various cuisines like sushi, sashimi, cold plates, teppanyaki, teriyaki, yakitori and traditional Japanese dishes.
· The style should be adaptable to contemporary as well as traditional Japanese cuisines.
