Today's search focus: TRAINING MANAGER for a prominent Luxury Restaurant/ Hospitality group in India heading the training function across all restaurant brands of the group (PAN INDIA). Position based in a major metro city in INDIA.
This position is open to Indian nationals who are currently designated as Training Manager/ Assistant Training Manager working with any of the major luxury Indian or International hotel group/s or hospitality industry at large with a minimum 5 years of Training experience in the Hospitality Industry.

Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
·   Develop and monitor training programs for all the brands under the company
·   Develop training team members at various levels
·   Create manuals and training materials
·   Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations
·   Create testing and evaluations.
·   Prepare and implement training budget.
·   Evaluate needs of the company and plan training programs accordingly.
·   Manage training team.
·   Provide performance feedback to trainers
·   Provide leadership development education.
·   Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
·   Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.
·   Assist with the development of strategic plans
·   Help with interviews of candidates as and when required to do so.
·   Tie up with external trainers and training bodies to identify and deliver specific training to employees
·   Maintain training records, oversee record keeping and documentation and ensure that proper reports are sent as and when required
·   Oversee and drive Mystery Audit activities and ensure gap management by unit heads
