Benefits & Requirements

C11 is an immigration route which allows you to purchase a business in Canada that is relevant to your work experience.

There is no minimum investment however we need to show there is a legitimate business that is operational and you are able to run the business effectively,

additionally you will need show that you can support yourself financially when moving.

Under the owner operator programme you can purchase 51% or 100% of the business depending on your goals and targets.

You should be able to invest around $100,000 to $200,000 CAD (recommended).

You pick a business and finalise the sale

creation of your business plan

submission of finalised case

Once approved we organise your work visa

1 year later apply for PR

This work permit category has two streams. The first is for those who are only seeking temporary entry to Canada and the second is for those who are seeking eventual permanent residence in Canada based on an Entrepreneurial or Self-Employed permanent residence program.

Eligibility for this program requires that the individual own at least 50% of the business. The applicant must also prove to the satisfaction of an officer that they will leave Canada should their immigration status not be extended.
